Terms Of Service - Pet Portraits

Thank you so much for commissioning a custom pet portrait! I’m truly happy to create something special for you. If you have any questions at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via email to info@miamouz.com.

General Information

Each commission is a digital artwork that comes with a real item chosen by the commissioner: either 3 keychains or 3 enamel pins

As the artist I retain the right to display the artworks in my portfolio and to create and sell them as merchandise after the commission

If you would like your order to be completed faster than the standard timeline I offer a rush option. A 30% rush fee (based on the total commission price) will be applied, which prioritizes your commission and reduces waiting time.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance, either via PayPal or through my Shop Miamouz.com.

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice or shop link

Once the initial sketch has been made no refunds will be possible

Process and Delivery Times

Once you decide to commission me, we will first discuss all the details of your custom pet portrait to ensure everything is clear. For this you'll need to offer atleast 1 picture of your pet (the more the better). After that I will send you an invoice and once payment has been received I’ll begin working on your piece.

You will first receive an initial sketch for review and feedback. After your approval I’ll continue working on the final artwork where you’ll also have the chance to provide feedback before it is completed.

When the artwork is finalized production of your chosen item (keychains or enamel pins) will begin. Please note that production typically takes around 2–3 months, depending on which item you chose. This will be in addition to the time neede to complete the drawing process. Once production is complete your items will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

If you would like your commission to be completed faster, a rush fee of 30% of the total price can be applied. This option reduces waiting times and places your commission at a higher priority in my schedule.

Copyright and Usage Guidelines

The finished artwork is sold strictly for private, non-commercial use in the form of the chosen merchandise (keychains or enamel pins).

All copyrights and licenses remain with me, the artist.

I retain the right to sell merchandise featuring the commissioned artwork after completion.

The commissioner is not allowed to:

  • Commercially reproduce the artwork
  • Alter the artwork without my permission
  • Remove or obscure my signature if shared digitally on social media

By commissioning an artwork and making use of my services you automatically accept these Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.
