Where is Miamouz based?

Miamouz is based in Northern Germany, Hannover.

Does Miamouz ship to me?

I offer both domestic and international shipping. For shipping prices please check the prices while checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders usually take 1-5 days to arrive while international order withing Europe take 1-4 weeks to arrive. International orders outside of Europe can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

What are Oopsie Grade Items?

Pins and other items can have a small amount of Oopsies. Those are items that can have small damages such as small scratches for enamel pins, disaligned kiss cut for stickers and so on. If it's a big issue, that is always mentioned in the item description.

My order didn't arrive or something is wrong with my order. What shall I do?

I am sorry there's something wrong with your order. Please contact me via email to info@miamouz.com with your order number and issue.

  • For purchases you're unhappy with, please contact me within 14 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
  • Returned items have to be original/unused and undamaged with original packaging. Items that don't meet these qualifications won't be accepted.
  • If your parcel or your order has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately after receipt with photo evidence.
